About Wanda
Hi, I'm Wanda—a Balinese tour guide who loves introducing visitors from around the world to the beauty, culture, and hospitality of Bali. I'd like to share a little about my path, and how I can help make your trip feel enjoyable, relaxed, and memorable.
I was born and raised in Bali, and meeting travelers from different places is one of my favorite parts of guiding.
As a local, I enjoy helping guests experience the side of the island that feels real—everyday hospitality, familiar routes done with care, and days that move at a comfortable pace.
In 2024, I spent one year in Palm Springs, California, as a chef intern. I wanted to grow—to learn how hospitality works outside Bali, and to become more confident welcoming guests from many cultures.
That year taught me a lot about caring for people: listening carefully, communicating clearly in English, and paying attention to the small details that help someone feel at ease.
Coming home, I bring that experience with me. It shapes how I plan days with travelers now—warm, thoughtful, and focused on making each guest feel looked after.
For me, guiding isn't only about visiting famous places. It's about helping people experience Bali through local stories, food, culture, and genuine connections.
